What to Expect
Physical Education at Albert Powell is implemented with students in mind. Every lesson is created to have a fitness component and a sport component. The goal is to help you with a "successful transition from the physical education instructional program to participation in physical activity during adulthood" (California Department of Education,2010). My goal is to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to do so.
